You must pre-register for class and bring your favorite adhesive.

Fun Double Page Layout

Lately I have been on a "use it up" kick.  Yes, I realize the owner of a scrapbook store should show you the latest, greatest new stuff.  Oh, well :)  

Anyway, I had fun for that reason with this layout as well as the "Do You Like My Hat" layout I posted earlier.  I just went through my stash and my scraps and had fun!

Crop, Swap and Shop

Crop, Swap and Shop!


Offsite Crop:  American Legion, downtown Saranac.


Date:  Saturday, June 9th.


Time: Crop all day from 10am until 10pm.
Swap and Shop from 10am-2pm.


Cost:  Crop or Sell only-$5.  Crop AND Shop for only-$7.  No meals are provided, however there is a kitchen available and a variety of downtown dining options.  Most of our regulars bring a snack to share.  Feel free to join in!


Some items will be available for your use such as Cuttlebug, punches, embossing folders, crop-a-dile......


Swap time options include:


You sell.  We provide a table.  You swap and bargain with customers for only $5 per table.


We sell.  We provide a table.  You mark your items with price and initial (we'll provide) and prepare a list, if desired, of items you are negotiable on.  We'll start accepting the lower offers after noon.


We Sell Example:  We provide Julie with the initial J since nobody else has yet signed up with that initial.  Julie takes her first item which is a stamp set she accidentally purchased a second similar one.  She bought it for $15 so she decides she'll mark it at $5.  She then marks on her "J" selling list J1-$4.00 because she is willing to sell it for $4 if anyone offers less.  

Camera Coaching Class

I am so bummed every time Signature Photography Studio offers a class and I can't take it.  I'm tired of yellow photos in fluorescent lighting and glare off my glossy photo when I try to get a pic to upload for you all.  

So, after telling Barb, the owner, that I can't take the class....AGAIN, she offered to bring it to me!  Not sure about dates and times yet so if you are interested give me some feedback.  It will be held at the store, probably mid-week in the evening for about four weeks.  Cost would be around $80 total.  Bring in your camera and even ask questions specific to specific trouble areas and be prepared for homework and to learn more than you ever thought possible.
